1. Services

TRB24x7 provides towing, recovery, and roadside assistance throughout Geelong and surrounding areas. Services depend on availability, weather, and safety conditions.

2. Bookings and Call-Outs

Bookings may be made via phone, online form, or email. While we strive for fast arrival (average under 30 minutes), timing is subject to traffic and conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes are provided upfront when possible.
• Extra charges apply for after-hours jobs, long-distance towing, or difficult recovery.
• Payment is due on service completion. We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancelling before dispatch: No fee.
• Cancelling after dispatch: Call-out fee applies.
• Refunds: Issued only for prepaid services not rendered due to our fault.

5. Liability

We take great care handling your vehicle. TRB24x7 is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage.
• Damage from unsafe recovery conditions or hidden mechanical defects.
• Loss of personal items inside the vehicle.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate details, ensure safe vehicle access, remain reachable, and cooperate respectfully with our staff.

7. Website Use

Our website content is for general information only. We may update it anytime. Users must not misuse or disrupt the site.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, and content belong to TRB24x7. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy
